About these terms
These terms apply to design and virtual assistant services provided by Grace Design Studio, a South African business. By confirming a quote, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and pricing
Prices on this website are introductory starting prices in South African Rand (ZAR). US Dollar amounts are approximate conversions for convenience only. Your final price is confirmed in a written quote before work begins.
Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit, are stated in your quote. Work may begin once the agreed deposit or payment has been received.
Revisions
Each quote states the number of revisions included. Additional changes or a change in project scope may be charged separately, with your agreement first.
Your content
You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, images, text or data you provide. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you supply.
Ownership of work
Once paid in full, final approved designs belong to you for your business use. The studio may show work in its portfolio only with your permission.
Turnaround times
Estimated delivery times are given in good faith and depend on receiving your content and feedback promptly.
Cancellations
If you cancel a project, payment may be due for work already completed. Any deposit refund will be discussed fairly based on the work done.
Liability
The studio takes care to deliver accurate work, but please check all final files (spelling, dates, prices) before printing or publishing. The studio is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of delivered work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act where applicable.
