Who we are
Grace Design Studio is a South African creative design and virtual assistant business. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Information we collect
This website does not store enquiries. When you contact us, your message is sent directly through WhatsApp or your own email app. We receive only what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number and project details.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver the work you request and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell or rent your information.
Client files and data
Documents, data and files you share for admin or design work are treated as confidential, used only for your project, and are not shared with third parties without your permission.
Third-party services
WhatsApp and email providers process messages under their own privacy policies. Your browser may remember your currency choice locally on your device; this is not sent to us.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to its use. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
